Understanding Gender Roles among Microenterprises: An Emphasis on Entrepreneurial Activities

Entrepreneurship has proven to become a potent economic opportunity augmenting activity that transcends the status quo, social strata, and even gender classification. Hence, researchers aimed understand roles among micro-enterprises in General Trias City Tanza, Cavite, as baseline study undertaking gender-sensitive approach analysis enterprise. The used descriptive design purposive sampling methods selecting 30 female male respondents Cavite. Findings showed microenterprise business owners were dominated by 20 23 years old both sexes, mostly single college undergraduates having more than three operation. revealed majority of participants answered variably concerning entrepreneurs terms of; conflict management, mindset creation, emotion setting, planning, leading, organizing, controlling, directing. On other hand, 60 participation researchers' recommendations arrived at through using role attitude scale degree participation-role crafted towards promotion harmonious activities within enterprises specific their respective enterprise activities.
